Error 633 windows 7 solution

The whole pc is working well but I am unable to connect over network. Actually the problem occurred days before while i am writing this question. But the modem is working in My Window Xp os perfectly. Please Help I have done all possible solution like, 1. Release the COM port and assigng new port 3. Command prompt using netstat -aon and vice versa But still getting same error. Any Solution Please provide Thanks. This thread is locked. See the images I tried uninstall and reinstall modem drivers but the problem still exist and Modem is showing in Device Manager. Please help to resolve this issue.
